Wayland Baptist University (WBU) Phoenix is an external campus of the private, Texas-based Wayland Baptist University. Established in 1991 at Luke Air Force Base, it has since expanded to serve working adults and military personnel throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and Tucson.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, the university has announced a university-wide tuition freeze, halting increases across all undergraduate, master's, and doctoral categories to maintain affordability.

The Phoenix campus operates through several physical sites and online platforms:

WBU Phoenix utilizes a flexible five-session, 8-week calendar per year, designed for busy professionals. Degrees are offered at the Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral levels.
- Popular Undergraduate Majors: Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Elementary Education, and Christian Studies.
- Graduate Programs: Master of Business Administration (MBA), M.A. in Management, M.A. in Criminal Justice, Master of Education (M.Ed.), and a Doctor of Management.
- Flexible Credit: The university allows students to earn up to 12 college credit hours for professional work experience.
