About BUIC

Bangor University International College is a specialist embedded college offering integrated degree courses, where international students can begin their studies at Bangor University.

BUIC is an embedded college on the Bangor University campus. Here, you can do the first stage of your integrated Bachelors or Master’s course in a broad range of subjects before completing your degree at Bangor University. As an International College student, you will have access to all university services and facilities, so you will feel like you are part of the university from the day you start.

Courses

Bangor University International College delivers the first stages of the International Incorporated Bachelors (IIB) and the Pre-Masters. You'll continue you studies directly with Bangor University following successful completion of stage one.

International Year Zero

The International Year Zero at BUIC is the first year of a 4-year integrated degree course. It provides 1-year of preparation for entry into the first year of a 3-year bachelor’s degree at Bangor University. Below you can find the Degrees available.

International Year One

Pre-Master's

The Pre-Master's is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to postgraduate degree courses at Bangor University.
