New Vision University (NVU) is a non-profit higher education institution established in 2013 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Guided by its motto, “Inspire to Care,” the University is committed to expanding individual potential through excellence in education, research, innovation, and social responsibility.
NVU promotes knowledge, skills, and values that support personal development and contribute to the wellbeing of society. With a diverse academic community representing more than 90 countries, the University provides an inclusive, international learning environment.

Teaching and Learning

Research and Doctoral Education

Access to Legal Services
Since 2014, NVU’s Legal Aid Center has provided free legal assistance in civil and administrative cases across Georgia, supporting over 1,500 beneficiaries. The initiative enables students to gain real-case experience, with more than 250 students participating to date.
Community Development Through Sport
NVU uses football as a tool for regional development, social inclusion, and economic growth. Sports research, particularly the societal impact of football, is a strategic research priority of the University.
Improving Access to Healthcare
As the founder of Georgia’s only non-commercial medical institution, NVU promotes equitable healthcare access. Initiatives include subsidised women’s healthcare programmes and the establishment of Georgia’s first non-profit blood bank, which has facilitated over 1,500 donations.
Engagement with Schools and Sustainability Education
NVU collaborates with international and national partners, including the Council of Europe and the UN Global Compact Network Georgia, to promote civic education, legal literacy, and sustainability in schools.
