The campus consists of two primary interconnected buildings that house approximately 1,200 students:
- 139 Vivian Street: Known for its "striking red" exterior, this award-winning building houses the main reception, an atrium, and the specialized Architecture and Design Library.
- Wigan Building: A purpose-built space situated directly behind the Vivian Street building, designed to consolidate all faculty activities into one central location.
- Specialized Spaces: The campus is equipped with lecture theatres, design studios, computer suites, and specialized workshops featuring high-tech tools like 3D printers and New Zealand's largest robotic arm.

The campus is the exclusive home for students pursuing degrees in:
- Architecture.
- Design Innovation (including Animation and Visual Effects).

- Campus Tours: Guided tours are typically available Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, meeting at the reception area in The Atrium (139 Vivian Street).
