The Derby Campus is distributed across several key locations, each housing specific academic disciplines: 

• Kedleston Road: The largest site and university headquarters. It houses the Sports Centre, a four-storey library, the Union of Students, and the £17.6m Bioscience Superlab.
• The Cavendish Building: A brand-new £75m city-centre hub (opened Sept 2025) for the Derby International Business School, featuring a high-tech Trading Floor and Extended Reality Suite.
